Tuesday

6:00 am — Morning Flow Yoga (45 min)
Start your day with gentle movement, stretching, and breathwork designed to improve mobility and energy before work.

9:00 am — Mat Pilates (45 min)
A core-focused class emphasizing posture, stability, and strength through controlled, low-impact movements. Excellent for injury prevention and overall conditioning.

6:30 pm — Dance Fitness / Barre Fusion (45 min)
An upbeat workout combining cardio dance, light strength work, and barre-inspired movements. Fun, energizing, and accessible for all fitness levels.


Wednesday

9:00 am — Women’s Strength & Conditioning (45 min)
A supportive strength class designed to help women build muscle, improve bone health, and increase confidence in the weight room. Combines strength exercises with light conditioning work. All experience levels welcome.

7:00 pm — Power Yoga / Athletic Flow (60 min)
A more active yoga class combining strength, balance, and flowing movement. Ideal for those looking for a slightly more challenging and athletic yoga experience.


Thursday

9:00 am — Mat Pilates (45 min)
Build core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility through controlled Pilates movements. Suitable for beginners through experienced participants.

6:30 pm — Strength + Conditioning (45 min)
A total-body workout combining strength training with short cardio intervals. Designed to improve muscle tone, endurance, and overall fitness.


Friday

10:00 am — Gentle Yoga / Chair Yoga (45 min)
A slower-paced class focused on flexibility, balance, and joint mobility. Chair modifications available. Ideal for beginners, active aging adults, or anyone seeking a low-impact workout.


Saturday

8:30 am — Community Yoga (60 min)
A balanced yoga class appropriate for most experience levels. A great way to start the weekend with movement, flexibility work, and community connection.

9:45 am — HIIT & Core Conditioning (45 min)
A higher-energy workout combining short cardio intervals with core strengthening exercises. Modifications provided to accommodate all fitness levels.


Sunday

9:00 am — Specialty Rotation Class (45–60 min)
A rotating class used to introduce new formats and respond to community interest. Possible offerings may include:

  • Tai Chi

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Senior Strength & Balance

  • Mobility & Recovery

  • Dance Fitness

  • Intro to Strength

  • Self-Defense

  • Aquatic fitness (when pool programming launches)
