Facility Booking

Three steps to lock in your booking:

1. Fill out booking form.

   Provide your organization’s name and contact information.

2. Submit proof of insurance.

   You will need to show that you are insured with a policy up to XXXX, with Wildcat Athletic Center listed as additionally indemnified.

3. Pay invoice.

   You will receive an invoice via email that can be paid online. We prefer electronic payment. If you need to pay via hard copy check, please contact joe@wildcatathleticcenter.com.
