Facility Booking

Three steps to lock in your booking:

  1. Fill out booking form.

    Provide your organization’s name and contact information.

  2. Submit proof of insurance.

    You will need provide a certificate of insurance with “LINCKLAEN REALTY LLC” and “WILDCAT ATHLETIC CENTER LLC” listed as additionally insured. The insurance must be a minimum of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate.

  3. Pay invoice.

    You will receive an invoice via email that can be paid online. We prefer electronic payment. If you need to pay via hard copy check, please contact joe@wildcatathleticcenter.com.

Wildcat Athletic Center League / Organization Rental and Liability Agreement

This agreement must be completed by any league, team, organization, school, club, or group

1. USE OF FACILITY

The Organization agrees that all use of Wildcat Athletic Center facilities shall comply with all posted rules, facility policies, and instructions from Wildcat Athletic Center staff. The Organization is responsible for ensuring that all participants, coaches, staff, volunteers, and spectators comply with facility rules.

2. PARTICIPANT WAIVERS

The Organization agrees that ALL participants, coaches, trainers, referees, and staff associated with the Organization must complete and sign the Wildcat Athletic Center liability waiver prior to participation. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver.

3. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

The Organization agrees to maintain general liability insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Wildcat Athletic Center, the facility owner, and affiliated entities must be listed as Additional Insureds on the policy. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to use of the facility.

4. INDEMNIFICATION

The Organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wildcat Athletic Center, the facility owner, landlord, property manager, and all affiliated entities, employees, volunteers, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Organization’s activities or use of the facility.

5. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PARTICIPANTS

The Organization assumes responsibility for the conduct and safety of its participants, coaches, staff, and spectators while using the facility.
