Visitor and Spectator Waiver

On behalf of yourself and any minor child(ren) accompanying you or under your supervision, you hereby release and hold harmless Wildcat Athletic Center, the facility owner, landlord, property manager, affiliated companies, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and insurers from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising from injury, illness, death, or property damage occurring while you or such minor(s) are present at the facility, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above parties from any claims brought by or on behalf of any minor child under your supervision relating to their presence at the facility.

You agree to follow all facility rules and comply with instructions from staff while on the premises.
